TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The SLAM VIP Member is entitled to discounts and privileges from our partner merchants.
2. SLAM Event Production is not responsible for the quality of merchants' good or any misrepresentation.
3. The SLAM VIP Membership Card should not be used in conjunction with other promotions of the merchants.
4. The SLAM VIP Member is obliged to keep their information file accurate and up-to-date by reporting any change in name, address, and other pertinent data in writing or by filling up an information update form from our website.
5.The SLAM VIP Membership Program may, at its exclusive option and without prior notice to the member, suspend, cancel, and terminate any card issued and/or privileges for whatever reason.
6. The SLAM VIP Member shall present 1 government ID together with their SLAM VIP Card to avail the benefits and privileges.
7. The terms and conditions, and guidelines cannot be superseded or changed except by SLAM Event Production
8. The SLAM VIP Membership Card is not transferable
9. The SLAM VIP Member should present this card to redeem privilege and promos from our
partners before making a transaction.
10. The SLAM VIP Membership Card is and shall remain the property of SLAM Event Production
11. The SLAM VIP Membership Card is valid only in the Philippines.
12. SLAM Event Production is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards
13. By using the SLAM VIP Membership Card, the cardholder agrees to bound by the terms and conditions of the partners program.
14. All accommodation and other services from our partners are strictly subject to availability at the time of the booking. Prior reservations is strictly mandatory.
15. This SLAM VIP Membership Card can be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen with an additional cost of P500.00 (Five Hundred Pesos)
16. In any event dispute of any kind, SLAM Event Production decision is final.
