TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Early Bird Payment Terms
- Applicable for 2 installments : June 23,2024 upto September 30, 2024 only.
- Payments made after September 30, 2024 will be subject to an additional fee.
2. Regular Rate
- Applicable for 2 installments: October 1,2024 upto December 31, 2024 only.
- Payments made after December 31, 2024 will be subject to an additional fee.
3. Walk In Rate
- Applicable for 2 installments: January 1,2025 upto January 19, 2025 only.
- Goodiebag and other freebies (inclusions) will be subject to delivery.
4. All payments made to SLAM Event Production, in case of change of mind, cancellation, natural disasters, or emergencies, are non-refundable, but they can be transferred.
5. The attendee is obliged to keep their information file accurate and up-to-date by reporting any change in name, address, or other pertinent data in writing or by filling out an information update form on our website.
6. In addition to those terms and conditions above, any attendee of the event agrees to the terms and conditions outlined.
7. Nobody will be admitted to the event without a valid ticket or QR Code.
8. All accommodation and other services from our partners are strictly subject to availability at the time of the booking. Prior reservations is strictly mandatory.
9. For the safety of people at the Event, the venue management and the organizer reserve the right to refuse admission and conduct security searches as they deem appropriate.
10. If the Event is rescheduled, changed, moved or cancelled the organizer due to natural disasters (earthquake, Covid, flooding, outbreak etc) . The organizer cannot be held responsible for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation, and other related goods, services, or compensation.
11. If the event is rescheduled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizer will present you with two alternatives. The first choice is to make a full refund payment, which includes a refund charge of P500.00. The second option is to either keep or exchange your tickets for the new date or location. The details of the new date or venue will be released fifteen working days following the original event date.
12. Defaced or altered tickets or passes will become void and the holder will be refused admission.
13. The organizer reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of any part of the event in circumstances beyond its reasonable control without any obligation to make any refunds or exchange tickets.
14. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject any person appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, showing signs of Covid-19 including a high temperature or a persistent cough, refusing to wear a mask when required to do so (unless they are unable to do so due to an underlaying health condition), otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately, or for any other behavior likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance and annoyance, or for failure to comply with the reasonable request of the organizer.
15. Neither the organizer nor the venue operator will be responsible for any loss, damage, death or injury howsoever caused unless (i) the relevant party has breached its legal obligations; and (ii) such loss or damage is a direct and reasonably foreseeable result of the breach. For the avoidance of doubt, the organizer will not be responsible for the actions of any third party, including, but not limited to, the exhibitors.
16. The organizer does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the event.
17. Bringing of pets are strictly prohibited.
18. There will be an additional ticket fee for companions, regardless of their age.
19.Non-attendance at the event without any prior notification or explanation will result in the forfeiture of your ticket, which is non-refundable.
20. Parking is available in the area with additional fee ( Rates are subject to change without prior notice)
21. Please check your route prior to travelling to ensure you arrive on time. The organizer is not responsible for any delays due to travel disruptions.
22. Please bring 1 Valid ID.
23. In any event dispute of any kind, SLAM Event Production decision is final.
